Bianca Sias is an Enterprise Transformation Coach and Agile Strategy Lead at JPMC. She has been an Agilist for the past 13 years.

As an enterprise transformation coach, Bianca is responsible for being a disruptor for good. She changes mindsets and behaviors to foster collaboration and innovation in a transparent and safe environment. By directly engaging with teams and individuals, she coaches them toward better working practices through small, incremental improvements. She trains individuals at all levels on all things Agile.

She is incredibly passionate about all things related to human behavior and constantly searches for ways of improvement. She is an advocate for systems thinking and divergent thinking---using both for kaizen. Make it Better is her personal life motto.
