The Review Bazaar is the most popular approach to run the Sprint Review in LeSS. This approach brings together developers and customers and enables the most significant part of any Sprint Review, learning about the critical aspects of the product in the eye of the customer and how the product should develop in the feature. Over the course of last year, I’ve been experimenting with a Remote Review Bazaar format that simulates the experience of an in-person Review Bazaar in a virtual environment. In this session, I would like to share my experience organizing and running the different phases of a Sprint Review using the Remote Review Bazaar, how to best involve developers, customers, managers, and the PO, and what you should try to avoid.
